London: Ward, Lock & Co, 1900. First Edition. Cloth. Fair. 370, [14] p. 20 cm. 4 b&w plates by Thiede. Green cloth hardcover with black and gold impressing. Small tears in spine ends, corners bumped, white mark on rear cover, stain on lower edge of text block, colour wearing off. Rear hinge cracking internally. Darkened title page and frontispiece tissue guard. Some soiling and small tears within, and two larger tears to advertising pages at rear.
