Part 1: Dealing with Air Pilotage and Dead Reckoning, Maps and Charts, Flying with the Aid of Instruments, Astronomical and Radio Navigation, Meteorology and Air Navigators' Licences and Regulations. Part 2: Dealing with Magnetic Compasses and other types of Direction Indicators, Causes of Deviation and Methods of Correction, Navigational Calculators, Drift Sights, Ground Speed Meters, Sextants, Directional Radio Systems and Radio Beams, Course Keeping by Radio and Gyro, and Night Flying. Both parts have browning to pages and efges of text block, light edge rubbing, light wrinkling and light color fading at top/bottom edge of spine, Part 1 has white liquid stain at top corner of rear board, Part 2 has a tiny scuff on rear edge of spine. Dust jackets have light edge wrinkling; browning on spine, flap-folds and light on some edges; one or two small tears archivally taped; Part 1 has light white liquid stain at top inside of rear flap-fold, very small chips at top of hinges; Part 2 has small water mark on spine..
