Garden City, NY: Doubleday & Company, 1968. An extremely nice copy in early printing with 1968 stated on title page. Tight and square, crisp and clean. Light blue textured cloth with silver lettering to the spine is bright and fresh with sharp tips. No markings. Jacket has light to moderate edgewear to head of spine (virtually no paper loss) and short crease of rear panel but is bright and fresh with no sunning to spine. In mylar. . Early Printing. Hardcover. Fine/Near Fine. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
