Very good. 4 pages of leaves (List of Plates) & 13 pages of Biographical Notes. Folio, 39 x 27 cm. Text and images french-leaved, 425 prints, five are full page color wood block prints. An early effort to present Japanese color prints to the American public with reasonably faithful reproductions. Most pages with multiple black and white images. Biographical Notes detail artists with numbered index to their work represented herein. Interior contents clean and fresh, rubbing to backstrip extremities.
