About This Item
Album of Salt Lake City Utah, Ca. 1880's, Images Include: Mormon Temple (Under Construction), Brigham Young Home, Also Included is a picture of Assembly Hall, some Protestant churches and a hotel. 11 pages of text in the back. Sales Stamp of "Low Bros. News Agents, Ogden, Utah" within. OCLC locates one copy in each of four libraries. Obscure.
Album consisting of 14 accordion panels. Size: 3x5" and an eleven p. text. Circa 1880's. Cloth, Stamped gilt lettering, bright and crisp, with sales stamp of "Low Brothers, Ogden Utah." One image has a paste-on errata correction. The text is laid down against rear cover. The panels are loose from the book but all connected with each other with the last panel being the exception. The very first panels fold is actually held to the second by a small piece of tape. As you can see from the pictures the panels themselves are not attached anymore to the boards. If you look at the fourth picture, the back panel that completes the front one is detached and so is the description of the panels in the back.
