Pages are in very good condition, with a few pencil marks. Includes 17 figures. The last page has two small tears at the two binding staples. Booklet is tight and intact. The original printed wrappers are in good condition, with small tears and some fading along the edges. Overall, booklet is in very good condition, VERY GOOD. Signed by Author. First Edition. Soft Cover. Very Good.
