Subtitle: "How to Live Graciously in a Hectic World by Finding Time to Love Your Family, Your Friends, and Yourself." 225 p., clean and unmarked except for gift inscription on front end page; ribbon book mark; binding tight; white boards with still bright gilt lettering on dusty-rose spine have some yellowing on edges and two tiny stray brown spots. The glossy photographic d.j. is flawless, so one surmises it was removed for a while.
