Illustrated by ALDREN WATSON (died in 2013), who was a professional artist, author, book illustrator, printmaker, hand book binder, and master woodworker. Mr. Watson illustrated over 75 books. FIRST AND ONLY EDITION, FIRST PRINTING THUS. 5 1/2" x 8 1/8", 183 pages, with DUST JACKET flaps pasted in(in perfect condition). Overall book is Very Good Minus. Pages = slight folding of upper corner, pages 43/44 chipped outer edge, former library with all accoutrements thereto, else clear, tight, sharp, no internal marks. Cover (salmon cloth boards, with black particulars on spine) = Very Good: spine frayed at top, bottom and middle, well worn along bottom edges, else tight, square, fully readable, no chipping.
