Contemporary newspaper review clipping from the "New York Herald Tribune Book Review" (April 16, 1950) loosely included. ; This copy with a bookplate signed by both the author, Frances Parkinson Keyes, and the photographer, Elemore Morgan. 317 pages. Blue-green cloth boards with gilt lettering on spine, blind-stamped initials on front board. Page dimensions: 211 x 141mm. A non-fiction work on Louisiana. Illustrated with numerous b&w photographic illustrations by Elemore Morgan ; Signed by Author & Illustrator .
