This is a vintage copy of "All the Mowgli Stories" by RUDYARD KIPLING with its original dust jacket. 1960; Macmillan and Co.; London. This edition is beautifully illustrated with eight color plates and black & white illustrations throughout by Stuart Tresilian. There are 18 stories in all, as follows: Mowgli's Brothers; Hunting-song of Seeonee Pack; Kaa's Hunting; Road-song of the Bandar-log; How Fear Came; The Law of the Jungle; "Tiger! Tiger!"; Mowgli's Song; Letting in the Jungle; Mowgli's Song Against People; The King's Ankus; The Song of the Little Hunter; Red Dog; Chil's Song; The Spring Running; The Outsong; In the Rukh; The Only Son.

Condition:
There is a bit of light soiling along the top and bottom edges of the covers. Sharp cover corners. Tight binding with no cracks and no loose pages. Both covers are firmly attached. Nice interior - the pages are clean and appear unread with only some foxing to the end papers and title page. Overall the book is in Very Good condition. The front cover of the dust jacket has a sizable piece missing at the bottom-right corner, and a quarter-sized tear at the left edge; small bits missing along the top edge, and at the bottom of the spine; the top edge of the back cover has three 1" tears (with strips of clear tape over them on the back-side); light soiling to the back cover; light foxing to the front flap; the price has been clipped from the front flap...overall the jacket is in Fair condition.
