Thick octavo, 539 pages; VG-/G+; tan spine with black lettering and reddish designs; dust jacket protected with a mylar covering; marked shelfwear and rubbing to the jacket; significant age-toning and soiling, especially to the spine; minor creasing and chipping to front of the jacket; marked tearing and creasing to the head and tail of the spine; marked tearing to the back of the DJ, including a 0.5 in. long closed tear at the top of the jacket; water stain to the bottom of the jacket near the flap; open tears to the corners of the jacket flaps; slight bumping to the corners of the boards with minor tearing to the cloth; marked age-toning and soiling to the edges of the text block; gutter slightly split between front paste down and ffep; minor age-toning and soiling to the paste downs and free endpapers; inscribed by Tomlinson on ffep; shelved below Front Counter. 1356431.
