Ink stamps on f/ep, title page and rev, and on top and bottom edges of pages. Otherwise a good clean tight copy, in similar, unclipped dustwrapper, of this hard-cover book. The authors life-story (1911-91) from her poverty-stricken childhood in Seddon Buildings, Aldwych, central London; living in Dagenham from 1936, suffering severe leg injuries after a German bombing raid in 1940, and her later life. 138pp, 4 b&w illustrations.. Hard Cover. Good/Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Ex-Library.
