A sharp copy to boot of the 1972 stated 1st printing of this uncommon history of Malibu, California. Clean and VG+ to Near Fine in its decorated wrappers, with just a touch of light wear and curling along the lower-tips. Quarto, wonderful snippets gleaned from The Malibu Times over the years, followed by dozens of black-and-white photographs at the rear.
