Description:
Signed and inscribed. Utopian novel by H L Hunt, described, by many, as the world's richest man, in the 1950's. The last chapter is the constitution of Alpaca. The book is inscribed to Berna Triplett and signed by Hunt. Mrs. Triplett's actual name was Verna, was an employee of Hunt Oil Co. This is kind of humorous because Mr. Hunt was known for having difficulty with names. In addition, Mrs. Triplett was married to Det. F O Triplett of the Dallas Police Dept, and who is mentioned in the Warren Report on the Assassination of President Kennedy. Considering that this book was published at 50 cents, the price of a comic book, the book is in near fine, unread condition. There is very light scuffing at the corners.
