Honorary Appointments, Commanding Officers, Regimental Sgt Majors, and Roll of Honour. Index. NF: previous owner's ink stamp ("From the Library of ...") on ffep. Excess glue at top edge left the rfep a little frayed. A clean, square copy.

Cost of shipping is based on a standard size and weight. If the book you order is bigger or heavier, we might contact you about additional shipping charges which you may choose to accept or decline. Destination also makes a difference. For example, US rates apply to the lower 48 only; additional charges might apply for other locations. If you decline the revised shipping charge, the order will be cancelled. Shipping times indicated are estimates only. Local taxes, duties and import fees not included. Welcome to Pulp & Circumstance on Biblio. Once a brick and mortar bookseller, I am pleased that I can now offer scarce and/or collectible books and other items via this platform.
