About This Item
London: Georghe G. Harrap & Co., Ltd, 1939 Book. Illus. by S.B. Pearse. Good to Very Good. Hardcover. First ( No Additional printings). 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Original colour printed boards show six children around a campfire over which a pot suspended from a tripod is cooking. Peggy, from whom I bought the book, is now in her 70's. You can see where she printed her name twice on the endpapers. I have erased it as best I could. Cover edges and corners are gently worn. Binding is secure. Approx 56 pp..
