This is a special edition was done for American Peace Mobilization.This group, reorganized from an earlier CPUSA one, was protesting against America entering WWII, while the Soviet Union and Nazi Germany were engaged in the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact, agreeing not to engage in warfare against each other. However, after Germany's invasion of the Soviet Union in June of 1941, the APM made an about face and name change, demanding that America enter the war. This book speaks to that earlier time (Jan 1941) of the anti-war sentiment in the US. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 292 pp .
