Giles, Edward Livingston, Samuel Dexter, John Quincy Adams, Henry Clay, Tristam Burges, William Hunter, Tecumseh, Daniel Webster, Joseph Story, William Wirt, John C. Calhoun, John Sergeant, William Gaston, Robert Y. Hayne, and Seargent S. Prentiss and many others. <br> Early book plate of Joseph Allison Eyster (Chambersburg, PA 1823-1900). Later owned by J. Allison Eyster II and III (of Charlestown, WV, Halltown WV). Eyster was captured during the Civil War in Hagerstown and imprisoned by Confederate forces.
