New York: Miller, Orton & Mulligan, 1855. Hard Cover. Fair/No Dust Jacket. Intact but worn and stained copy of this early edition Blind stamped green cover worn with bumped corners and worn edges. Gilt lettering and decoration on spine intact but worn. Lower front portion of spine at hinge cracked wih torn cloth. Endpapers dampstained to edges with lighter staining and overall age toning to other pages. Minor pencil marks to endpapers. Some smudging and spots to pages. Binding intact but weak and pages intact. Edge wear and some bends to pages. 421 pages.
