This book was included in "The Art Of Photography, A Basic Library" by George M. Craven for The Friends Of Photography, Carmel, California. The Friends of Photography published this list of "MUST HAVE" photography books to provide their members with a comprehensive bibliography that identified books of enduring interest. Amy Schiffman of American Photographer Magazine said this about the book: "This small but highly professional-looking volume is the result of a project that the two photographer brothers undertook in 1981. They both work in infrared, so they called for entries of infrared images by photographers across the country by running ads and notices in magazines. They also contacted universities as well as individual photographers. The resulting collection is varied enough to prove that while infrared is a very trendy medium, there are plenty of substantial, creative, and unusual photographs being made by individual photographers who work within its confines....The books graphics are clean and simple, the reproductions first-rate, on the whole, it is a most impressive effort."; Unpaged [88] pages; Signed by Editor .
