New York: Cordon Co, 1939. Hardcover. viii, 746p., hardbound in 8x5.5 inch grey cloth boards; previous owner's name penned on both front endpapers, both hinges cracked, no dj. A good reading copy. Blech, a Marxian banker, was the partner of the novelist Christina Stead.
