Boston: Cummings and Hilliard. Fair. 1820. Hardcover. Front cover is loosely attached by binding thread. Covers have scraping and rubbing, with surface loss to the rear upper outer corner especially. Front and rear blanks have damp staining, diminishes quickly to wrinkling on adjacent leaves. First few leaves and last few leaves are foxed. Plates and adjacent pages have varying amounts of browning. Bookplate has been removed from front endpaper. Incidentally, there is a misspelling on the spine label, it reads Bigelow's Medical Totany. ; Volume Three, Parts One & Two, only. Twenty color plates. Full leather covers. .
