Near fine. <p>First edition.<p>Published for the Bibliographical Society of the University of Virginia.<p>A review copy, with publisher's slip laid in, from the library of Fridolf Johnnson.<p>Signed by Rollo G. Silver on Johnson's bookplate. Laid in is a two-page beautifully calligraphed ALS from Rollo to Johnson, writing about future projects and personal matters.
