Illustrated with maps and 16 pages of BW photos, source notes, index, 529pp. No markings whatsoever with bright and clean text block however there is a dampstain to top edge of boards and light foxing of page edges. Binding square but opens readily to pastedowns. Exterior of boards soiled and spotted. Dust jacket has nice faces, frayed spine tips, two spots bottom back edge. 2nd printing March 1980.
