Minneapolis: Published by the Author (Lund Press), 1962. HB. Blue cloth, gilt lettering on spine, 8vo, 450 pp. Signed and warmly inscribed by the author on ffep. No marks in book, binding tight. Covers clean but very slightly warped. In a dust jacket that shows chipping top of spine, several 1/4" closed tears, soiling bottom of spine. Book condition VG in VG- DJ.
