About This Item
New York: Funk & Wagnals, 1956. 5th Printing. Near fine in decorated light blue cloth covered boards. In a very good dust jacket but with black electrical tape across the upper edge of the panels and the spine area which fortunately blends in with the black background of the jacket. This is Eric Sloane's tribute to America's "attic of vanishing ways and obslete occupations." The very quintessence of Sloane with wonderfully detailed sketches of early American ways.
