About This Item

New York: The Sephardic House, 1981. Pamphlet. 64p., text and cover titling reproduced from typescript and softbound as an 8x5 inch pamphlet. Mild offset dust-soil to covers, but serious sloppy ink underlines throughout text; owner/perpetrator's ink autograph externally. Otherwise sound, an uglified reading copy. Four essays that concern ..the immigrant generation (early 1900s) - ..Judeo-Spanish as a language of liturgy - as a language of folklore and cultural identity - its decline in the US.
