London: The Religious Tract Society, 1894 The Rev. David Carnegie went out to Hope Fountain, Matabeleland in 1882 and spent the next ten years at that station of the London Missionary Society. Hope Fountain is only twelve miles from Bulawayo, the great kraal of Lobengula, who, whilst not accepting christianity saw neverless, how the missionaries could be useful to him. 140pp illustrated in black and white.
