New. $29.95 * Reprint of the first American edition, from the second London edition (1817). First published in 1811, Field's Analysis is both a summary and a study guide. Moving from paragraph to paragraph, each of Blackstone's points is framed as a question. This was a well-regarded work, especially in the United States. It was included in the editions of the Commentaries which were edited by "a gentleman of the New-York bar," George Sharswood and W.D. Lewis.
