Upper and lower spine shows shelf wear and minor sunning. Interior pages are clean, unmarked and no bent corners; genealogy fold-out present. Pictorial dj has gilt and white text on upper and spine. DJ has 1-5/8" tear on front upper; 1-1/2" tear on bottom upper; a long V=shapped tear on bottom of lower, other small tears, chips and scuffing overall. There is masking tape on inside of cover to correct major tear on lower and at each end of spine. Binding is tight..
