Red title on upper board along with a vignette of plants and small animals. Illustrated endpapers. Printed throughout in color with illustrations cut in wood by Marcia Brown. A fine copy of the first printing with code A-9.61 [RJ]. The dustwrapper is rough along the top and bottom else is in very good condition and is not price-clipped. Caldecott Medal has been affixed to the dustwrapper front. Bader 322.
