Heinemann, 1976. Hardcover. Good. 1976. Reprint. 327 pages. No dust jacket. Black cloth with gilt lettering to spine. Pages are lightly tanned, with moderate foxing to edges and endpapers, but text remains clear. Binding is firm. Page 25 is almost detached. Small pencil inscription to front pastedown. Boards and spine have minimal shelf-wear, with mild corner bumping and crushing to ends. Gilt remains bright. Light rubbing and scuffing overall. Noticeable crease to rear board. Book has a noticeable forward lean.
