About This Item
London: Jonathan Cape, 2004. First edition, first printing. Published by Jonathan Cape, London, in 2004. This is a very near fine copy. The boards are bright and clean throughout, with very slight bumping at the corners. The laminate is tight and generally without scratches. The internals are bright and clean throughout. The authors signature is present on the front flyleaf in, what appears to be, black crayon. Overall, this is a very near fine copy of a great signed title. The story of pavement artist Sid Bunkin and his two angelic friends Corky and Loopy (who are not always best friend with each other) and the marvellous journey they take him on with a set of magic pencils.
Synopsis
Quentin Blake's first book, Patrick , was published in 1968 and was followed by classics such as Mister Magnolia , All Join In and Clown .
