New York: Alfred A.Knopf, 1929 Hard cover, 8vo, in black and silver printed paper-covered boards 63pp. Limited edition number 32/200. Collection of poetry by the American poet Elinor Morton Wylie (1885 - 1928), which begin with a series of sonnets that her biographer Stanley Olson called "her finest achievement". The title of Tennessee William's play "In Masks Outrageous and Austere" is taken from one of Wylie's poems. Condition: About Near Fine in almost Very Good dust jacket which is age-toned and has chips to the edges. Includes slipcase which has shelfwear. Some pages unopened.. Limited Edition. Hard Cover. Near Fine/Very Good.
