New York: Pierpont Morgan Library. Nearly fine copy in slipcase. 1976. 1st. softcover. Tall 8vo, 86 pp., Inscribed & signed by the author on the front free endpaper to a close friend. Also, laid-in is a four-page handwritten letter from the author to the friend on University of Rochester stationary where he taught, plus two ephemeral newspaper clipping related to the exhibit. .
