Melbourne: Lansdowne Press, 1970. Hardcover. Good/Fair. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. First published 1933. Enlarged and redesigned 1970. Hardcover in purple boards with gilt titling to the spine. Author's b&w photographic portrait. Book is Good or Good+. Boards a little bowed, pages a bit puffed. A few spots and blemishes, but none very serious. No markings. The dust jacket has not preserved as well: seriously faded spine, worn and rubbed, small tear to bottom front. The book is really quite nice despite the flaws. Whimsical and endearing.

You may also return any item within those same 30 days for any reason you like, and upon receipt we will refund the purchase price but in these cases not the original or return shipping.
Cost of shipping is based on a standard size and weight. If the book you order is bigger or heavier, we might contact you about additional shipping charges which you may choose to accept or decline. Destination also makes a difference. For example, US rates apply to the lower 48 only; additional charges might apply for other locations. If you decline the revised shipping charge, the order will be cancelled. Shipping times indicated are estimates only. Local taxes, duties and import fees not included. Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
