Soft cover. brown pictorial card covers, spiral ring spine, some minor shelf wear, some wear to edges and corners, a very good tight clean copy. owner dedication inside front cover, apparently Canada has a thriving Inn cuisine industry, most of which have their own gardens and grown much of their own produce. here are some of their unique and original recipes, with a little biography of each Inn the recipe comes from. recipes include Three Inn Pate, Beef Jerky, Squid salad and wild miners lettuce, wild shaggy mane mushroom soup, blueberry cake, lobster rolls, figgy duff with molasss coady - this sounds lush!.
