Half-Leather. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. 418; 388 pp. Undated, but probably circa late 1800's. Marbled paper and half-leather boards. Two volumes in one. Indices. Glossary. Illustrated. Frontis is original etching by George Cruikshank with tissue guard in place. Additional plates illustrated by various artists. Waverly Novels Illustrated Sterling Edition. Spine missing except for 2" piece ( laid in ), titles mostly clear with exception of several letters rubbed out by surface wear, rubbing to leather extremities on boards, closed tear to front cover, glue residue on front pastedown most likely from bookplate fallen off, front pastedown has closed tear and recent ownership label, corner tips bent on a few pages, interior agetoned. Hinges strong, spine square, binding tight. Undated, but probably circa late 1800's.. <br/><br/> <br/><br/> 0
