Albany: Van Benthuysen's Steam Printing House, 1865.. 1865.. Very good. - Octavo, softcover bound in printed wraps. The wraps are bumped, soiled & faded with some light staining. The rear wrap is chipped around the edges with a tear to the top edge. Both wraps are detached at the head & tail of the spine. 23 pages. The rear blank is foxed & darkened, else the contents are very good. <p>The Governor reports on military matters, the census, education, immigration, Central Park, etc.
