Philadelphia: The F. A. Davis Company, Publishers. Very Good- with no dust jacket. 1892. Hardcover. Red cloth hardback is tightly bound. Illustrated with chromo-lithographs, engravings and maps, it also contains Index and a reference list to journals covering a wide range of medical procedures. End papers have overall design with light foxing. FO name to second fly but no other marks. Light age-tanning thoughout. Covers have bevelled edges and blindstamping with gilt to spine. Light spotting and speckling to upper edge of both front and back. All edges lightly dust-dulled with only the slightest wear. ; Small 4to 9" - 11" tall .
