Brown cloth over boards w\bright gold title on spine. Corners sharp with a little shelf wear at corners and bottom of spine. Contents tight and clean with two "Property of" stamps for retirement home and date on FEP; no other markings. DJ has wear around the edges: 3/8" loss at top of spine, punched hole in hinge on front panel, 1/2" closed tear at bottom of front panel and 1" closed tear and folding at top back panel.
