Later printing of Historical Handbook Series No. 31, inscribed to noted Civil War and Lincoln scholar Arnold Gates on the title page by Tilberg (1896-1979) and dated May 17, 1963. Laid in is an Autograph Letter Signed from Tilberg, 1p, 4to, Gettysburg, PA, 13 January 1967. Thanks Gates for membership in the New York Civil War Round Table. DORNBUSCH IV, 1982.
