SIGNED by the author and both artists, as well as Michael Solof, a collector who is portrayed as a character in several of the strips in the book. The signatures are on an adhesive book plate which is preprinted with the comic strip logo and is affixed to the front free endpaper. There is a gift inscription from Mr. Solof next to the bookplate, signed "Uncle Mike." First Edition. First printing, September 2007, stated. NOT Remaindered. NOT ex-library. Oblong hardcover, 1.5 x 7 inches, has glossy pictorial paper-covered boards. Black and white illustrations throughout. 80 pages. Book is in excellent condition with only a hint of shelf wear at the spine ends and a small indentation at the top edge of the front cover as well as a small dent on back cover. Pages clean and unmarked. Dust jacket has very light edge and surface wear, with light wrinkling at the corners and spine ends. Cover title: Antiques: The Comic Strip. The Complete First Story. Carefully packed, shipped in a box.
