First state dust jacket with very slight cover wear but no tears. No other names, writing, underlining, highlighting, bookplates, prior owner names, notations, etc. Title: Appeal to the Nations, Norman Thomas, Henry Holt & Co., NY, NY, [1947], 1947, xiii, 175p, 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
