Bound in black cloth flexible hardcover with gilt lettering front and spine. Cloth rubbed and lightly soiled; moderate color fade and wear to spine ends and corners. Binding secure. Front hinge a bit loose but intact, boards and spine straight. 2 color plates (including frontis) plus numerous B/W photos and drawings. 7 x 10-1/4"; xiii + 370 pp. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. 48mo - over 3" - 4" tall.
