New York: D. Appleton & Co., 1893. Full Leather Binding has gilt lettering on black on spine, marbled endpapers, 955 pgs w/marbled pg.edges. Binding delicate, front hinges starting, leather is rubbed at spine edges, wear to corners, scuffed spine, brown (fire?) mark btm spine. Pages are Clean >no names or foxing, critter damage on top corner of last page. Volume 1 only from Abacus to Goniometer, w/over a thousand illustrations, some full pg. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Full Leather. Good.
