One of 692 numbered copies (only 300 for distribution in the U.S.) signed by the author, this being copy no.160. Octavo (24.25cm); goldenrod paper and royal blue cloth-covered boards, with titles stamped in gilt on spine and gilt-stamped pinwheel design along backstrip on both sides; publisher's original glassine dustjacket; [x],35,[3]pp. Bookplate of bibliophile, publisher, and Broadway producer Crosby Gaige at upper front pastedown. Fine in a Very Good+ dustjacket, with a few tiny nicks to extremities, and a small chip to lower edge of rear panel; lacking the publisher's slipcase, but housed in a custom half-morocco slipcase and chemise.
