Madrid: Imprenta de Gaspar y Roig, 1852. Hardcover. Ex-Library with bookplate stamped "Discard," ink stamps on the first page of text, and paper label on the spine. Title page is laid down on paper; generally very clean. Very Good. Large duodecimo (6-3/4" x 10-3/8") in calf-backed marbled boards; 168 pages. Illustrated with a woodcut of the author on the title page and 26 woodcuts in the text. With the early bookplate on the front pastedown of Mariano Nougués Secall, a Spanish scholar and jurisconsult, famous for his treatises on well-known Zaragoza monuments.
