Tiny remainder mark on bottom edge of the text block. A bit of light soiling and some scratches overall. Inside pages are clean and unmarked, with the exception of a price erasure mark on the first preliminary page. A scholarly study, which focuses on the Big Village settlement (1775-1845) of the Omaha Indians. "The emphasis on material culture gives a unique view of the daily life of these people and illustrates clearly the integration of European trade items with traditional technologies" (from the prologue).
