New York, NY: Architectural Forum, 1938. Book. Good+ condition. Paperback. Signed by Author(s). First Edition. Quarto (4to). 108 pages. Spiral-bound August 1938 issue dedicated to the work of Albert Kahn, architect. Signed and inscribed on page 87 by the architect. It reads "To Mr. and Mrs. J.G. Hays - son in law and daughter of one of our first clients Mrs. E.D. Campbell of Ann Arbor Mich - with the compliments of [signed] Albert Kahn." The front cover has a large chip, and has tape and writing on the front cover. There are numerous early periodical and newspapers clippings inserted loose or taped to advertising pages, but the interior is otherwise generally in excellent condition. Most of the works illustrated and described are industrial projects, and include: plant for Lady Esther, Ltd; assembly building for Glenn L. Martin Co; extension to plant of Kelvinator Corp; Employment and Welfare Building, De Soto Plant; Burroughs Adding Machine Co; Grain Elevators W.K.
